NY MILTON — Milton Zoning Board continues hearing on area variance application. The board opened a public hearing on three area variances for 198 Paisley Road but deferred final action to July 23, 2026. Applicant representative Pat Jarose, appearing for property owner Mr.
Iwinski, seeks two side yard setback variances and one variance for disturbing slopes in excess of 15 percent to construct a new single-family residence on the 1.08-acre parcel in the R2 zoning district. The 100-foot-wide pre-existing non-conforming lot presented the central constraint: meeting setback requirements would leave insufficient room for construction without the requested variances.
