Zoning Board approves setback variance for garage addition

Zoning Board · Meeting of March 26, 2026

NY MILTON — Milton Zoning Board unanimously approves setback variance for Graff garage to protect wetlands. The board granted 7.2 feet of relief from the 50-foot front yard setback requirement for applicant Jen Graff's proposed garage addition at 935 MacArthur Drive. The variance allows the garage to be positioned within the existing driveway, maximizing distance from the property's regulated wetland areas.

Graff coordinated with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to determine wetland boundaries on the 0.71-acre parcel in the R1 district. Three neighbors submitted signed letters supporting the project.
