NY MILTON — Milton Zoning Board approves variances for new Paisley Road residence. The board unanimously approved area variance requests for a new single-family home at 198 Paisley Road, where an existing 1965 manufactured home will be removed. The 1.08-acre pre-existing non-conforming parcel in the R2 district required side yard setback variances to accommodate the new construction, with the applicant moving the proposed home to 15 feet from the south property line.
A neighbor letter supported the improvement, and the board found no adverse environmental or character impacts.
